The Tippmann X7

Tippmann has been the long standing leader in tough, rugged scenario markers, and the X7 continues this tradition of heavy duty, reliable power. The X7 is not a new version of the still popular A5 like many believe, it is a new mil-sim marker all on its own. The A5 featured the compact MP5 styling, while the X7 is a more beefy marker with a M16 CQB look right out the box. The X7 has cosmetic body add-ons that will allow the player to customize the look of his/her X7 in a variety of ways from well known military models to sci-fi starship trooper guns.

And all the body upgrades from Tippmann are easy and quick to install. Most of the cosmetic add-ons take all of a few minutes and 4 body pins to install, so the player can even change the look of his X7 between games with any problems. Started the day off like a heavy gunner and now you want a more stealthy sniper look...not a problem with the X7. Pull a few body pins and slide on the new cosmetic parts!

The X7 also features an upgrade to the popular Cyclone feed system- a quick exhaust piston housing. This upgrade allows the Cyclone feeder to operate a little faster, giving the player closer to 20bps reliably. With the TechT, JCS or New Designz ratchet & piston upgrades the X7 Cyclone feed can achieve up to 25bps without a problem.  The X7 also comes with the new low profile hopper for the Cyclone. This is a must have for any Tippmann A5 or M98 with a Cyclone upgrade. This hopper sits a little lower and more to the side of the marker making it easier for the player to sight down the top of the marker. It also gets rid of that big bullseye on the front of the A5 stock hopper!

All-in-all, the X7 is a very tough and dependable marker that can be built out to look like just about anything the player wants. A little more expensive than it's counter-part, the A5, but with the enhancements that come stock on the X7 the additional cost is well worth it.
